Very busy at the moment setting up my Sing & Sign classes, but have still managed to cram a few finishes in! Here's my denim bag, all done:
And here's the last of the Round Robins - I did the numbers 6 and 10 and managed to whizz through it in just three evenings. This belongs to a lady called Christine. It's really lovely; I have the pattern myself in my vast stash of mags, so I think I will do it myself one day. My Earth Goddess should be winging it's way back here shortly - I hope it's come out well!
I've got about half the Meg & Mog t-shirt done and should be going back to it tonight - somehow it's easier than I remember it, which is odd. Still got tons of white to put on though, which I don't like doing. Sometimes you can get away without stitching white on white but I can't with this as the texture's important. I've also started a new Linea project, which is my "grab bag" when I have just a short time to fill or want something less challenging. It's a yellow and red silk cushion cover and I'm using a single varigated thread in blues and greens to backstitch the pattern. Sounds weird, and it was a bit of a gamble in terms of colour, but I think it's coming up well. Heaven knows what I'll do with it when it's done - we barely use cushions in this house! It would make a nice gift, though.
All my WIPs have their own little zip file pockets now, and my threads are all bobbined up and in labelled boxes - it's terribly neat. Good though, I can put my hands on anything sewing-related in under a minute or so now.
